Job summary

Silverton Casino LLC is seeking a Loyalty Cashier to provide exceptional guest service and perform monetary transactions, chip/token exchanges, and loyalty enrollment. You will balance at shift end, support the Oasis loyalty program, and ensure compliance with gaming laws.

Strong math and computer skills are essential. Requires Nevada registration, English fluency, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of Cage Cashier experience in a casino or related field.
• Two years of cash handling experience in a similar setting.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Proficient in basic mathematical operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct marker and front money transactions on player accounts including deposits, withdrawals, redemptions and issuances.
• Assist guests with redemption and/or purchase of chips and tickets and process payroll/credits via systems.
• Operate computer systems to verify guest credit and check-cashing activity and balance at shift end.
• Enroll players into the Oasis loyalty program, issue loyalty cards and input data with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawers, secure assets, and ensure compliance with Title 31 and gaming regs.
• Explain and execute offers/promotions and loyalty program actions to guests.
• Provide tech support for the Silverton app and assist with data hygiene of loyalty database.
