Job summary

Delta Air Lines is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join the SkyMiles team, focusing on Revenue Planning, Forecasting, Analysis and Reporting for Customer Engagement & Loyalty. The role involves managing loyalty products, data integrity and cross-divisional relationships with Revenue Management, Accounting, and Finance.

You will develop models to analyze customer and financial data, identify program improvements, and present actionable insights to Loyalty leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting and tracking of Customer Engagement and Loyalty products and customer benefits
• Manage select segment of Medallion program, including the data integrity and cross-divisional and external relationships
• Working with cross-divisional teams including Revenue Management, Accounting, and Finance
• Develop models to analyze customer and financial data to identify areas for program improvement throughout Loyalty, and recommend changes to leadership
• Effectively analyze data to make action-oriented recommendations
• Create reports to support business insights and decisions
• Identify and analyze business risks, regularly prepare executive presentations, and actively participate in meetings with Loyalty leadership
• Work on ad-hoc projects, including budgeting, reporting, promotion tracking, and other ad-hoc analytical requests
