Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships in Mansfield, PA 16933 is seeking a customer-focused liaison to bridge the Service and Sales teams. You will engage service customers, explain vehicle options, and coordinate care with service advisors and sales consultants to drive upgrades and sustainable customer satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries via phone, text, and email, maintain logs, and leverage VinSolutions, Reynolds, and Google Sheets to track activity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a friendly liaison between the Service and Sales Departments to provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Work in and around the Service Department, serving as a helpful point of contact for service customers.
• Partner closely with Service Advisors to assist customers who may benefit from exploring their vehicle options.
• Listen to customer needs and provide clear, helpful information regarding their vehicle's current value, warranty status, and future maintenance outlook.
• Contact service customers via phone, text, and email regarding their repair order information and potential vehicle upgrade options.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to Sales Consultants when a customer is interested in exploring a new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Maintain and update program logs and activity using VinSolutions, Reynolds, Google Sheets, and other assigned dealership systems.
• Help increase new vehicle sales, acquire quality used vehicle inventory, and build the Service Department's overall business and customer retention.

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Compensation

Base Pay + Performance Commission: Tiered monthly commission structure based on completed service-initiated vehicle sales or purchases
