Description

This position will fulfil substitute needs during the school year for the Lower School. Facilitate the instructional process by serving as a teacher with specific responsibility for supervising students within the classroom and other assigned areas; delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues.

Experience

Previous experience working with adolescents or in an educational setting.

• Classroom Management: Implements effective strategies to maintain an orderly and focused learning environment.
• Lesson Delivery: Presents pre-planned lessons clearly and engagingly, ensuring student comprehension.

• Student Engagement: Utilizes techniques to capture student interest and foster active participation.
• Behavior Management: Applies established school policies to guide student behavior constructively.
