Since 1942, Langley has shaped curious, confident, resilient leaders, thinkers, and creators who are prepared to thrive in the nation’s top high schools and beyond. Langley attracts and retains talented faculty who support the whole child, are excited to be leaders in teaching and learning, and enjoy working in a diverse, highly collaborative setting. Teachers at Langley are committed to the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth of each student and foster a nurturing, engaging learning environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging.

All lower school head teachers work collaboratively with special subject teachers in science, world languages, music, art, technology, library, and physical education to create integrated units of study.

The Langley School offers highly competitive salaries, excellent benefits, robust professional development opportunities, and tuition remission for faculty and staff.
