The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Towing Vessels license, have experience with barges, and be ready to work on a 28 days on/28 days off schedule. Qualifications
Must have experience pushing 25+ barges on the Lower Mississippi.
Must meet USCG physical examination requirements.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Navigate vessels safely along the Mississippi and other tributaries.
Supervise and lead the vessel's crew ensuring safety.
Maintain accurate logs of voyages and respond to emergencies.
