Job summary

Walmart in Albuquerque seeks a Technician, Facility Services, Low Voltage-Licensed to install, configure, and support low voltage systems including security, fire alarms, CCTV, audio/visual, and network cabling. You will run cabling, terminate, label, and test to meet project specs and industry standards.

The role involves routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Experience with low voltage systems and cabling.
Familiarity with CCTV and security/fire alarm systems is a plus.
Ability to install, configure, and test low voltage equipment.

Responsibilities

Sets up, installs, configures, and supports low voltage systems, including security systems, fire alarms, CCTV, audio/visual systems, and network cabling.
Runs, terminates, labels, and tests cabling according to specs and standards.
Performs routine inspections, maintenance, and testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Diagnoses and resolves system faults to minimize downtime and documents maintenance activities.
Provides technical support and training to end users on operation and maintenance of low voltage systems.
