Job summary

Kastle Technologies Co., LLC, an EMCOR Company, is seeking a skilled Technician to install and service low-voltage systems in the Dayton, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and Monroe, OH area.

You will terminate and test copper and fiber cabling, install CCTV, access control, AV systems, and support project teams while following codes and safety standards.

This full-time role offers competitive pay up to $32.40 per hour, paid health insurance and pension benefits and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of the Low Voltage Integration or ICT industry.
• BICSI and/or AVIXA certification desirable but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Install low voltage copper and fiber cabling.
• Terminate, test copper and fiber cabling systems using certified test equipment.
• Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Repair and install network enabled systems such as CCTV, Access Control, AV Control Systems, Central Sound, Video Management Servers, Projectors, Screens, Interactive Displays, etc.
• Attends to keeping building spaces neat, orderly and safe.
• Complies with blueprints, codes and industry standards (TIA, BICSI).
• Updates as-built drawings as necessary.
• Attend Toolbox safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency, including harassment prevention and ethics.
