Job summary

Chapel-Romanoff Technologies, LLC in Toledo, OH is seeking a Low Voltage Integration Technician to install and test LV cabling, CCTV and access control systems. You will work under the General Foreman, perform site surveys, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Knowledge of the Low Voltage Integration or ICT industry.
Valid Driver’s License.
BICSI and/or AVIXA certifications desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

Install low voltage copper and fiber optic cabling.
Terminate, test copper and fiber cabling systems using certified test equipment.
Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
Repair and install network enabled systems such as CCTV, Access Control, AV Control Systems, Central Sound, Video Management Servers, Projectors, Screens, Interactive Displays, etc.
Assist in keeping building common and technology spaces neat, orderly and safe.
Work in accordance with blueprints and specs, codes and standards (TIA, BICSI).
Update as-built drawings as necessary.
Attend Toolbox safety meetings and demonstrate safety competency.
Obtain an OSHA 10 General Industry Safety and Health standards certification.
Extended hours or weekend overtime may be available.
