Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) for production reporting.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods.
- Understanding of OSHA safety requirements and production best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations for LV switchgear and related products.
- Coordinate production schedules, workforce allocation, and priorities to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence teams to drive lean initiatives and cost reductions.
- Ensure staff understand ABB safety and integrity standards and are coached for development.
- Identify capacity gaps and implement recovery plans to meet production targets.
