Job summary

LINX is seeking a High-Impact Low Voltage Project Manager for its commercial construction division in Denver. You will own project budgets, manage a layered team of Superintendents and Technicians, and serve as the primary contact for IT directors and facilities managers across healthcare, education, and corporate sectors.

You’ll be responsible for schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction on multiple concurrent projects nationwide, including healthcare facilities and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the low voltage construction industry, MEP contracting, or a directly adjacent field.
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership on project budgets with a combined annual revenue of $500,000 or more.
• Proficiency in change order identification, pricing, and negotiation to protect margins.
• Experience leading blue collar field workforces in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full budget responsibility across a portfolio of concurrent commercial projects with defined budget targets.
• Lead a layered field team and coordinate subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Drive change orders from identify to approval and documentation.
• Own workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management across projects.
