Job summary

Technology Partner in Raleigh-Durham, NC is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead large-scale security installations. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise project management experience in access control, CCTV/IP video, and intrusion systems.

The successful candidate will manage P&L, job costing, cash flow, change orders, and project schedules while coordinating with field crews and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Strong knowledge of project P&L, job costing, cash flow, and change orders.
• Excellent communication and project scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale low voltage/security projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage P&L, budgets, cash flow, change orders, and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

$90K - $105K Annually

Ideal candidate would have 5 + years experience managing large scale enterprise security projects to include Access Control, CCTV/IP video, Intrusion and other related Low Voltage solutions.

Must have experience and proficiency with project P&L, job costing, cash flow, change orders, project schedules, new construction and work flow process. Knowledge of project management principles and excellent communications skills required.
