Esi Electrical Contractors, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support our Boise project teams. You will track costs, monitor progress, manage change orders, and assist in scheduling and submittals to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
The role requires a construction management background or electrical apprenticeship with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across the team.

JOB SUMMARY
The Project Engineer supports the project team in various functions, including but not limited to job cost tracking, schedule tracking, change orders, RFI's and submittals
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of job cost tracking
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Familiarity with Access a plus
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, make decisions, and contribute as needed
Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
