Job summary

Mason Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of low-voltage technology and electrical integration projects. You will work with Project Managers, field technicians, warehouse teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate daily activities from award to completion.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction, electrical contracting, low-voltage systems, or related fields and will focus on scheduling, material coordination, documentation, tracking, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, electrical, low-voltage, telecommunications, AV, security, or related industry.
• Experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Understanding of scheduling, procurement, field installation, and closeout workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate low-voltage projects from award through closeout.
• Collaborate with PMs, field techs, vendors, warehouse, and customers to stay on schedule.
• Assist with scheduling, assignments, site access, materials, and deliveries.
• Track progress, milestones, materials, and outstanding items.
• Review reports and documentation for accuracy and updates.
