Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Low Voltage Electrical Installer in Hagerstown, MD. The role requires installing, servicing, and helping to maintain low-voltage systems such as fire alarms, access control, and CCTV.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:00 PM) and a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of low-voltage installation experience.
• Experience with fire alarm, security, access control, and CCTV systems is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low-voltage systems.
• Work with fire alarm, burglar alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on proper system operation.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Meet company quality and performance standards.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and professionally.
• Travel to customer locations as needed.
