Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices per site plans.
• Perform site assessments and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot issues and flag defective materials or inaccuracies.
• Educate customers on system features and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow safety protocols.
