Job summary

Precision Deployment Solutions is seeking a Low Voltage Implementation Engineer to perform hands-on field deployment on infrastructure deployments nationwide. This 100% travel role requires you to show up on-site ready to run cable, terminate to standard, and leave a clean, professional install behind.

You will perform hands-on deployment work at customer sites, run cable drops, terminate copper and fiber to industry standards, install access points, and build/stack racks with proper cable

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with low voltage or structured cabling and termination.
• Comfortable working from lifts and ladders as part of routine site work.
• Experience in greenfield and brownfield deployments.
• Willing to travel 100% of the time, including nights and weekends.
• Able to work independently without constant direction.

Precision Deployment Solutions (PDS) is hiring a Low Voltage Implementation Engineer to perform hands-on field execution on infrastructure deployments nationwide. This is a 100% travel role. Success in this position means showing up on-site ready to run cable, terminate to standard, and leave a clean, professional install behind, without needing to be walked through the basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on deployment work at customer sites
• Run cable drops and pull cable through ceilings, walls, and conduit
• Terminate copper and fiber to industry standard, including punch-downs, jacks, and patch panels
• Install and configure access points
• Build and stack racks, including cable management that holds up to inspection
• Work comfortably from lifts and ladders as part of routine site work
• Work confidently in both greenfield and brownfield environments
• Operate low voltage hand tools and testers competently
• Support MDF, IDF, data center, wireless, cutover, and refresh projects
• Support cutovers, migrations, and off-hours work windows as assigned
• Follow project direction from the assigned lead
• Take required photos and provide completion notes
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Communicate blockers, scope changes, missing materials, or site issues immediately
• Represent PDS professionally on customer sites
