Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program.
• Travel: 60-75% to customer sites.
• Typical schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation of specialty systems (5-10 personnel) and controls costs.
• Performs duties of a Specialty Systems Technician.
• Travels to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems (copper/fiber cabling, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, audio).
• Enforces safety procedures and maintains up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
