TEKsystems in Memphis, TN seeks experienced low-voltage technicians to install, test and maintain Nurse Call systems in healthcare settings. This contract-to-hire role welcomes technicians with Fire Alarm, Access Control, or Security system experience who want a long-term career path in a growing sector.

You’ll read Bluebeam drawings, run tests, manage cabling, and collaborate with healthcare staff and project teams to ensure safe, compliant work and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing, or testing nurse call, fire alarm, access control, or security systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and Bluebeam plans.
• Experience with low-voltage cabling installation and system testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in active healthcare environments.

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and system configurations.

Are you an experienced low-voltage technician looking to expand your skills into healthcare technology? We are seeking motivated technicians to support the installation, testing, and maintenance of Nurse Call systems throughout the Memphis area.

This is an excellent opportunity for technicians with experience in Fire Alarm, Access Control, Security, or other low-voltage systems who are looking to build a long-term career in a specialized and growing segment of the industry.

What You'll Do

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and support Nurse Call systems in healthcare environments
• Assist with system upgrades, expansions, and service work
• Read and interpret Bluebeam drawings and project documentation

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
