Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, including copper and fiber optic networks.
• Experience with cable pulling, dressing, labeling, termination, and testing for both copper and fiber optic systems.
• Experience leading projects independently, coordinating site logistics, scheduling, and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of copper and fiber optic cabling across commercial, industrial, and enterprise sites.
• Perform cable pulling, dressing, labeling, termination and testing to high quality standards.
• Install and configure IT hardware such as racks, patch panels, fiber enclosures, and related low voltage components.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and ensure safety and project timelines are met.
