Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical mind with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven construction project management experience.
• Understanding of project procedures and management principles.
• Familiarity with construction and project management software.
• Strong negotiation and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to define project scope.
• Read plans and specifications related to structured cabling work.
• Manage resources, budget, and schedule to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for materials.
• Prepare progress reports and track labor utilization.
• Communicate with GCs for issue resolution and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes and standards.
• Present a professional company image and build client relationships.
