Job summary

Network Controls, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Low Voltage Cable Technicians to serve the Columbia market.

The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing low voltage cabling, including twisted pair, coax, CAT6 and fiber optics, with a focus on safety and quality. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience, can read blueprints, terminate CAT6/ fiber optics and work across standard cabling systems while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in commercial cabling installations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with terminating and testing low voltage cables including fiber, CAT6/CAT6A.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair low voltage cabling systems.
• Read blueprints and specifications to execute cabling layouts.
• Ensure safety standards and quality guidelines are followed.
• Travel to client sites as needed to complete work.
