Synergy Fiber is seeking a Construction Technician / Low-Voltage Apprentice to support a commercial project in Madison, Wisconsin. No prior low-voltage experience is required and on-the-job training will be provided to develop skills in cable installation, equipment room setup, and technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a team on commercial construction projects.
Pull, route, and secure cable throughout commercial buildings.
Install cable support systems such as J-hooks, cable tray, and ladder rack.
Assist with the installation of communication, security, and technology infrastructure.
Help build and organize equipment rooms and telecommunications spaces.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Follow project plans, installation standards, and safety procedures.
Learn industry skills and technologies through hands-on training.
