Job summary

Holland Roofing in Milford, OH is hiring a Low-Slope Roof Installation Assistant. You’ll start by traveling from home to the jobsite and return home after each day, tackling hands-on roofing tasks and using power tools with the team.

The role requires a willingness to learn commercial roofing (no roofing experience required). Pay is $22.50/hour with a $1,000 bonus ($300 at 90 days, $300 at 120 days, $400 at one year) and a pre-employment drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical tasks.
• Hands-on background—construction, trade school, or similar.
• Know your way around power tools and outdoor equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ready to learn commercial roofing (no roofing experience required).

Responsibilities

• Drive from home to the jobsite each day and return home after work.
• Assist with low-slope roof installation duties and related tasks.
• Operate power tools and assist crew as needed.
• Maintain safety standards on site.
