Holland Roofing is seeking a motivated outdoor worker to join our roofing crew in Milford, OH. You will perform physical, hands-on tasks on commercial roofing sites, driven to sites from home each day, with no prior roofing experience required.

We offer a $22.50 per hour wage plus a $1,000 total bonus schedule ($300 after 90 days, $300 after 120 days, $400 after one year) and opportunities to learn roofing trades while contributing to diverse projects. Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Qualifications

• Outdoor, physical work on construction or trades.
• Knowledge of power tools and outdoor equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Ready to learn commercial roofing with no prior roofing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Drive from home to the jobsite at the start of each day.
• Perform outdoor roofing tasks on varied sites as projects progress.

Is This You?

• Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical tasks
• Hands-on background—construction, trade school, or similar
• Know your way around power tools and outdoor equipment
• Forklifts or basket lifts experience is a plus
• Exposure to roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or comparable trades
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ready to learn commercial roofing (no roofing experience required)

How We Work

Start each day by driving directly from home to the jobsite. When the work is done, you head straight home—no daily office commute. Sites will change as projects are completed, giving you variety and new challenges.
