Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Lead Network Engineer to shape the global networks supporting our performance-critical financial technology platforms. You will influence architecture, own major infrastructure upgrades, and mentor a growing engineering team.

Responsibilities include designing high-performance networks across data centers and cloud, building Python tooling, resolving latency and routing challenges, and guiding technical decisions.

• Confidence owning projects and explaining technical decisions.
• CCIE-level expertise is valued; equivalent hands-on experience is equally welcome.

Salary:

• Up to 250k base + bonus ($500K TOTAL COMP IS POSSIBLE)
