Job summary

Hamilton Barnes ? is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to shape global, performance-critical networks for a financial technology business. You’ll own architecture, deliver major infra projects and mentor engineers. Location options include New York or Chicago with onsite presence 4 days a week.

Lead design of resilient data-centre and cloud networks, drive upgrades, and develop Python tooling to automate changes and improve reliability. Expect high-impact work and strong leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• CCIE level network engineering certification preferred.
• Extensive experience supporting business-critical networks.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, multicast and MPLS.
• Hands-on Python automation and cloud networking experience.
• Understanding latency, monitoring and network security.

Salary: Up to 250k base + bonus ($500K TOTAL COMP IS POSSIBLE)
