Old Mission Capital LLC is seeking seasoned C++ Software Engineers in NYC to build and optimize our automated trading infrastructure. You will work directly with Traders and Quants to develop next-generation algorithms and scalable multi-tier applications.

Role requires 5+ years of C++ experience, strong Linux systems knowledge, and a passion for solving challenging problems. We offer competitive pay, discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits, with on-site meals and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in C++ development, with 3+ years in C++11+.
• Experience with C++11/14/17/20, Linux, Python, and Bash.
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel and systems programming.
• Strong problem-solving and low-latency systems experience.
• Experience with exchange APIs or network protocols.
• Experience with parallel, concurrent, multi-threaded programming.
• Familiarity with Git, SVN, Mercurial.
