Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive software or trading infrastructure experience.
• Strong system design foundations balancing performance, reliability, and simplicity.
• Experience with high-performance or low-latency system development.
• Solid OO programming skills and sound engineering practices.
• Ability to work with traders and quants to shape technical solutions.
• Curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance, low-latency systems where architecture choices directly affect trading outcomes.
• Own the full technical stack - from system design through implementation - with a focus on stability, scalability, and minimizing operational risk.
• Evaluate and prototype new technologies, tools, and approaches to keep our systems and infrastructure ahead of the curve.
• Apply strong software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, to build systems that are both fast and maintainable.
