Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. is seeking a versatile Low Code Specialist to design and deploy data-driven applications using leading low-code platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions, integrating APIs and ETL pipelines as needed. The role requires US citizenship, a current DoD Secret clearance, and 5+ years of development experience.

Competenze

• US Citizen and current active DoD Secret clearance
• Minimum 5 years of software or application development experience with low-code platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in building business-facing applications using low-code tools
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, application logic, and workflow configuration
• Ability to build and troubleshoot data integrations (APIs, ETL, pipelines)
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and agile iteration
• Willingness to report to on-site locations in Colorado Springs or El Segundo as needed

Mansioni

• Design and deliver end-user applications using low-code environments (Palantir Foundry, Power Platform, Mendix, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows and requirements
• Build modular, drag-and-drop applications with minimal traditional code
• Integrate with external systems via platform connectors or APIs
• Support full application lifecycle: prototyping, deployment, optimization, maintenance
• Use platform tools for data transformation, logic, reporting, dashboards, and access control
• Stay current with platform capabilities and adopt best practices in solution design
