Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a versatile Low Code Specialist to design data-driven apps using Palantir Foundry, Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, or similar tools. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration two to three days weekly at Colorado Springs or El Segundo.

You will build scalable, business-facing applications, integrate APIs, and support end-to-end lifecycle in fast-paced environments with DoD security requirements.

Qualifications

• US Citizen and active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
• Minimum 5 years of software or application development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with low-code tools to build forms, workflows, dashboards, and permissions.
• Hands-on data modeling, logic, and workflow configuration in a low-code setting.
• Experience building data integrations (APIs, ETL, pipelines) using platform-native methods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills for agile iteration.
• Ability to report to Colorado Springs or El Segundo as required.
