Job summary

Relevance Lab is seeking a skilled Agent Design and Development specialist to build conversational AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants in Coppell, TX. You will work with Voice Flow, Botpress, and Microsoft Power Virtual Agents to create engaging user experiences.

You will design flows, integrate with APIs/CRM, run tests, and iterate based on analytics. The role emphasizes security, thorough documentation, and ongoing optimization of complex agent solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
• Demonstrated experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows.
• Strong understanding of user experience and conversation design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Background in business analysis, process improvement, or software development.
• Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

• Design agent conversation flows, decision trees, and logic pathways to handle user interactions effectively.
• Configure agent integrations with APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
• Test and iterate on agent performance based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain documentation including flow diagrams, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Monitor agent performance metrics including response accuracy, completion rates, and user satisfaction.
• Provide training to team members on using and maintaining deployed agents.
