Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in software engineering, web app development, cloud solutions, or low-code development.
• Strong communication with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop low-code applications using platforms like PowerApps, Airtable, Monday.com or Smartsheet.
• Analyze and automate business processes; build automated workflows and AI/RPA components.
• Participate in full lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT developers, analysts, and agency stakeholders; document architectures.
• Stay current with low-code, automation, RPA, and AI trends; pursue training.
• Provide Tier-2/3 support for specialized applications and incidents.
• Contribute to special projects and disaster recovery exercises.
