• Manage full application lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate across IT and business teams; document architectures and best practices.
• Stay updated on low-code, automation, RPA, AI tools and integrate them.
• Provide Tier-2/3 support for specialized applications.
• Handle special projects including disaster recovery and compliance tasks.
