Job summary

Infolob seeks an experienced Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. You will build conversational AI agents, configure integrations, and iterate based on analytics to optimize user experiences.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, testing, security, and ongoing maintenance to ensure scalable automation across business processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
Demonstrated experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows.
Strong understanding of user experience and conversation design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Background in business analysis, process improvement, or software development.

Responsibilities

Design agent conversation flows and logic pathways to handle user interactions effectively.
Configure agent integrations with APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party applications.
Test and iterate on agent performance based on user feedback and analytics.
Create automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, or n8n.
Monitor workflow execution and troubleshoot failures or bottlenecks.
Provide training and documentation for deployed agents and workflows.
