Job summary

HeartCentrix Solutions is seeking an AI Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents, chatbots, and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. You will streamline operations, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve user experiences with AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities include building AI agents, integrating with APIs/databases/CRMs, and designing workflows with tools like Zapier, Make, and Power Automate. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, chatbots, or workflows.
• Experience with AI agent platforms (Voiceflow, Botpress, Power Virtual Agents).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n).
• Understanding API integrations, webhooks, databases, and basic programming logic.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, UX, and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and chatbots using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Develop conversational flows and integrate with APIs and databases.
• Create automated workflows to reduce manual processes.
• Test, monitor, and optimize agent performance and reliability.
