RGP is seeking a hands-on Lovable System Administrator to support configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of its Lovable application environment during a critical Accounts Receivable transformation. You will work with O2C, AR, Finance, IT, project leadership, developers, and transformation teams to keep the platform stable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.

You will be successful in this role by combining practical business-application administration experience

Qualificações

• Experience administering business applications, workflow platforms, or low-code/no-code environments.
• Knowledge of user security, system configuration, and platform support.
• Experience in system implementation, ERP, finance, or transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defects, and production deployments.
• Experience working with cross-functional transformation teams.
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data-management concepts.

• Provide production support and resolve issues, defects, inquiries.
• Monitor performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, deployments, and release management.
• Create and maintain system documentation and knowledge materials.
• Assist with data validation, migration support, and reporting.
• Help ensure compliance with security, audit, governance standards.

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Lovable System Administrator to support the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of its Lovable application environment during a critical Accounts Receivable transformation initiative. In this role, you will help keep the platform stable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs while partnering with O2C, AR, Finance, IT, project leadership, developers, and transformation teams.

You will be successful in this role if you combine practical business-application administration experience with strong troubleshooting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations in a fast-paced transformation environment.

What you will work on

• Administer and maintain the Lovable platform and related environments.
• Manage user provisioning, role-based security, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure workflows, integrations, forms, and system settings to support business processes.
• Partner with O2C, AR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and implement system enhancements.
• Provide production support and resolve system issues, defects, and user inquiries.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, deployments, and release management activities.
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Assist with data validation, migration support, and reporting requirements as needed.
• Help ensure compliance with established security, audit, and governance standards.
