We are seeking experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable professionals to support a client through an upcoming ERP implementation and go-live. We have multiple opportunities available and are interested in candidates with strong AP, AR, or combined AP/AR experience. This is a local opportunity, and we are particularly interested in professionals who can bring strong transactional accounting expertise along with experience working in ERP environments. Sage X3 experience is a significant plus, but is not required. Candidates with experience supporting ERP implementations, system conversions, go-lives, or working extensively within other ERP platforms are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay range: $XX–$XX per hour.

What you will work on

Provide hands‑on Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable support based on your area of expertise. Support day‑to‑day AP/AR activities and help maintain accurate, timely transaction processing. Assist the client during an important ERP implementation and go‑live, helping maintain continuity as the team transitions to the new system. Partner with accounting and business teams to identify and resolve issues arising during the transition. Leverage your prior ERP knowledge and accounting experience to help the team adapt to new processes and workflows.

What you will bring

Strong hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a combination of both. Experience working within an ERP environment; prior ERP implementation, conversion, or go‑live experience is highly preferred. Sage X3 experience is a significant plus, but not required. Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and workflows. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Ability to work locally in a hybrid environment.
