Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Lounge Server for the Wildflower lounge inside the Iron Blosam at Snowbird. This seasonal position runs in winter and requires flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Housing is not provided.

You will deliver quality food and beverage service, share menu knowledge, and coordinate with front and back of house teams to create a superior guest experience. Compliance with safety and service standards is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Great listening, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Multitask is a must.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Job experience is a plus.
• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification.
• 21 years of age.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with setting tables to restaurant standards.
• Present menu and specials to each table.
• Resolve guest concerns and questions.
• Review receipts and assist guests with transactions.
• Help other restaurant positions as needed.
• Communicate with other servers, restaurant managers, and kitchen personnel.

Title: Lounge Server

Location: Wildflower, located inside the Iron Blosam at Snowbird

Status: Seasonal (Winter Only)

Schedule: Shifts vary, may be morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels. This position will not start until late November or early December.

Employee Housing Availability: Employee housing is not available.

Summary

As a lounge server you will provide quality food and beverage service as well as food and beverage knowledge to guests in Snowbird lounges. Responsible for coordinating individual station and communicating with front and back of house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations.

• Work some weekends and holidays depending on business levels
• Stay overnight in case of road closures
