Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in a busy lounge, nightclub or high-volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly; ensure welcome within two minutes of sitting.
• Tend to guests and take drink orders; pour drinks for each guest.
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages; avoid over-serving.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and proper table maintenance.
• Order drinks from the main bar during daytime and assist with cash handling as required.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Demonstrate energy, urgency, and genuine hospitality in all interactions.
• Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and uniform standards.
