Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an energetic Lounge Server for its Story Social Restaurant in Belgrade, MT. You will deliver exceptional guest service, handle orders accurately, and ensure elegant food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include punctual attendance, station readiness, ongoing menu knowledge, and teamwork to maintain smooth operations across all service areas. Prior serving experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

• Serve food and beverages according to established standards, including proper liquor and wine service.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing and resetting tables promptly throughout and after meals.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure efficient service across all stations.
