The role emphasizes high standards of guest interaction, proper tray handling, and adherence to PRIDE guidelines while delivering memorable experiences on the boardwalk.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be familiar with tray service, food menu and cocktail ingredients.
• Must have completed the PRIDE certification prior to first shift.
• Ability to carry a tray and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly beverage and food service to all guests per standards.
• Present drink orders to the bartender and serve drinks to guests.
• Take food orders and relay to kitchen for preparation.
• Deliver prepared food to guests and clear dirty dishes as needed.
• Present checks, accept payments, and provide change when necessary.
• Promote Caesars Rewards programs and casino events to guests.
