Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a qualified supervisor to monitor operations and ensure compliance with company standards, government regulations, and accrediting agency requirements. You will work with unit management to oversee service quality and daily activities.

You will also lead a team, ensure sanitation and safety practices are followed, and help manage costs while maintaining client satisfaction across facilities served by Compass Group.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or comparable experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with management, client, customer and associate levels.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Demonstrate initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfaction
• Provides cost effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations
• Assists in the responsibility for all operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all facility-related activities
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Performs other duties as assigned
