Compass Group USA is seeking a hospitality operations supervisor to monitor activities and ensure compliance with company, government and accrediting standards. This leadership role focuses on quality, sanitation, and safety across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, cost-effective management, and overseeing facility operations, training, and development of associates. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or comparable experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or food service management
• Supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills
• Strong written and verbal communication with management, clients, and associates
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Proactive and flexible with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal customer service and client satisfaction
• Provides cost effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations
• Manages operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all facility-related activities
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
