Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is seeking a dedicated Lounge Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and guest experiences in a fast-paced lounge environment. You will act as Leader on Duty, coach the team, and ensure service standards while managing cash handling and inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in lounge/bar hospitality.
• Strong understanding of lounge operations, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Lounge team including bartenders and servers.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and guest experiences.
• Train, coach, and onboard staff; act as Leader on Duty.
• Maintain cash handling, deposits, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar teams and support promotions/events.
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.
