Bodega Taqueria y Tequila in Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure top-tier service. You will lead a diverse team of bartenders, servers, and support staff, manage cash handling, inventory, and health-and-safety compliance, and partner with kitchen/bar teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and maintaining an engaging lounge environment aligned with the brand, with onsite shifts and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in a lounge, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of lounge operations, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the Lounge team including bartenders, servers, and support staff.
• Oversee opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Act as Leader on Duty during shifts and ensure service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for timely food and beverage delivery.
• Monitor ambiance, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Enforce service standards and address issues in real time.
