Qualifications

• Hospitality or casino operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage staff and scheduling effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service at the lounge and uphold standards.
• Lead in planning, execution, and follow-up of lounge operations.
• Monitor controllable expenses, sales, and margins.
• Hire, train, and develop lounge staff and succession planning.
• Maintain safety and security of assets and guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the lounge environment.
