Job summary

Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Lodge is seeking a part-time cocktail/server to join our Biergarten team. The role includes preparing, serving, and inventory of beverages, with emphasis on guest interaction and maintaining bar area standards.

Training starts with Oma's Restaurant before bartender training to familiarize with the menu. Typical shifts average 30 hours across 4 days per week, with hours between 12:00pm and close, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of bartending, serving, or banquet experience required.
• Willing to learn coffee and alcoholic beverage preparation.
• Ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve and inventory beverages at the Biergarten and bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the bar area; ensure accurate billing and cash/credit handling.

Wage is $8.50 per hour plus tips.

Are you a food and beverage professional with six months of bartending, serving, or banquet experience? Have you always dreamed of learning to properly make coffee and alocholic beverages and having a job where you will get to talk to guests from all over the world? Then we have a position for you! Our cocktail servers are responsible for the preparation, serving and inventory of beverages at the Biergarten, maintains stock in the bar area, maintains cleanliness of the bar area, and is responsible for the billing and collection of all food and beverage items served in the dining room, bar, and banquet areas; accountable for the security of all cash and checks; responsible for the protection of all beverage items; maintains superior guest service and quality food and beverage items in the bar.This position will start with training in Oma's Restaurant for 1-2 weeks before bartender training to familiarize oneself with the menu.

PART TIME Average 30 hours, 4 days per week and a variety of hoursbetween 12:00pm and close. Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
