Job summary

NMS is seeking a Buffet Attendant for the Alaska Airlines Lounge inside Anchorage International Airport. You will deliver fast, friendly service and assist with daily food service operations in a controlled, indoor lounge environment.

Responsibilities include seating guests, explaining buffet options, serving meals, recording orders, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in a high-traffic setting. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Able to pass FBI background check and TSA STA.
• Must obtain Alaska AOA badge (SIDA test).

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests.
• Explain buffet layout and options to guests.
• Serve plated meals or assist at buffet.
• Record drink and a la carte orders; submit to kitchen.
• Restock buffet lines and maintain dining areas.
• Adhere to safety and training requirements.
