Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of related food service experience.
• Food Handlers Card or ServSafe certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Able to obtain Alaska AOA badge and pass FBI background check and TSA STA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing hot and cold dishes and store them correctly.
• Use kitchen tools to prep, measure, mix, cut, season, and store ingredients.
• Ensure service standards and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Log inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Clean dishes and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness training and participate in safety meetings.
